Areas will be appraised in the order listed. Applications (see links at left) must be received in the AJCA office at least 30 days prior to the beginning of the schedule. For example, if your state is scheduled for September appraisal, the application must be in the office by August 1.
Late applications may be scheduled only if deemed feasible, considering time and costs, and with the approval of the Executive Secretary. A $100 fee will be charged for changes and/or late additions to an appraisal schedule after it has been distributed.
